If this isn’t blatant, malicious misinformation and misrepresentation for the purpose of furthering a misguided cause, then I don’t know what is.

You can’t honestly sit there and call a girl racist for wanting control of HER. OWN. FUCKING. BODY. Don’t sit there and tell a rape victim “You’re such a racist, white supremacist for killing this baby. You’re murdering an innocent child through Eugenics.” Fucking NO. You can’t seriously believe that birth control is racist, right? Like……. just… I can’t even wrap my head around that. So that must mean condoms are racist too right? Or is it just the women?

No. A man wanting control of his fertility is totally cool and allowed. Because that would be wrong to force him to have a kid that he doesn’t want. Which means if the condom fails, he has plausible deniability and can walk away.

Ahh now we’re getting to the bottom of this. This isn’t about race at all. No. It never was. It’s about a woman’s right to control her body and to have kids when she wants. In this day and age, being called a racist is just about the worse thing you can be called. So by calling a woman a racist for wanting to have control over her own fertility, you are essentially scaring her into into relinquishing said control out of fear of being publicly known as a racist.

Damn. That’s about the worst case of insidious misogyny I’ve ever heard of. Because if this twisted little idea… rhetoric, whatever the fuck you want to call it, actually becomes a ’ thing ’ then women can have their fertility rights completely taken away from them. And if she has a back alley abortion, not only will she be committing a hate crime based on race (even if the baby is of a non African ethnicity) which is a felony, but she will also be committing murder in the first degree. Also a felony with jail time of 20 to life if she isn’t given the death penalty.

Hello, welcome to pre-women’s rights. Where women are property and not treated as equal humans. Where she has ZERO personal freedoms, besides what her husband, or dominant male family member, allows her, if at all. And what personal freedoms are so generously gifted to her (that’s sarcasm) can be just as easily taken away.

By stripping a woman of her fertility rights, that’s a HUGE step in that direction. You may as well ask to have all women’s rights stripped away then, because all you are is a blatant misogynist without a care to women’s well being and personal freedoms.

For starters! I NEVER SAID a woman that has an abortion was a racist!

My point was that birth control was created by a woman (who opened a BIRTH CONTROL clinic in the middle of HARLEM) who believed that birth control could be used to control the population of a race.

On going, when you look at the statistics of abortion, BLACK WOMEN are a majority of the victims. Abortion was created to prevent a race from expanding. I guess they eventually considered that Black women weren’t even smart enough to use birth control to abortion came along to take care of all the ones that got through.

“You cannot tell me that birth control and abortion are okay without sounding like a racist.” Those are YOUR words in your original post. Sorry, but that translates into “If you are using birth control, or have an abortion, you are supporting Margaret Sanger’s alleged ‘racist ideals’”. So, yes. That is indirectly calling a woman a racist. At least grow some balls and say what you really mean.

First of all. Birth control has been used for thousands of years. Whether through sheepskin condoms (I’m not even going to get into the Vikings using the skin of their enemies as condoms), but also through women using herbs to disrupt their menstruation and fertility. Oh yeah. There’s also that minor thing called The Rhythm Method. Crude forms of abortion have been used in the past. Some women would hit their stomachs until the trauma aborted the child, or they brewed/consumed an herb that caused contractions.

African [American] women already had their forms of birth control that had been passed down for generations. All Margaret Sanger did was provide a safer, more reliable method. One that didn’t endanger them or affect their fertility later on. Explain to me how that is racist?

Abortion being made available to black women does not equate to genocide. Because not every black woman was being forced into abortion. THEY were choosing it for themselves. The issue was after care. That wasn’t being provided because legal abortion was still a new medical procedure, one that still had it’s kinks and nobody foresaw that becoming a prominent issue. WHITE women weren’t even offered after care. Explain to me how that’s racist.

Margaret was racist. But she didn’t create the ‘Negro Project’ to just rid the world of black people. She lived in a time where anybody who didn’t fit a certain criteria could be killed and nobody cared otherwise. What she had planned, didn’t work. A blessing in disguise, because now women have safer forms of control over their own fertility. Times have changed since then, which means it’s time for you to move on.

Want to know why you can’t? (Explain why birth control and abortion are racist.) Because it’s not. Planned Parenthood is being led by people who provide this for ALL women of race. It is no longer thought of has a plan to rid the world of the ‘unfit’. Which takes us back to my previous point. This isn’t about race at all. It’s about stripping sentient, independent women of their fertility rights because you have a twisted idea about a fetus’ rights over a woman’s.

Like I said. This only makes you a misogynist and nothing more.

If you actually want to educate people about abortion and birth control, you might want to read up about it yourself before opening your mouth and spreading fear through misinformation on a site chock full of people who know more about this than you realize.

The fact that you claim to be a born again Christian and your pro choice concludes enough about you. Good luck facing God with those beliefs.

You are right, they do still count. As a Christian I believe that God take care of that small percentage of abortions. The reason it seems like I don’t think that percentage counts is because A LOT of pro choice campaigners use Life of the mother, rape, and incest to push they points about being pro choice, when in reality those cases are such a small percentage compared to the big picture.

As far as I know, you are not a mother and have never been pregnant. Had you ever been pregnant, you’d maybe feel different. No one should be FORCED to carry a child that they do no want. Unlike you, I’ve seen my actual baby at 7 weeks along. I saw and heard her heartbeat. I cried, it was beautiful. But I WANTED her. Therein lies the difference. Other than that, she was a little twitching blob on the screen. There was nothing else to her besides an egg sack, a heartbeat and mass of cell that would soon be her body. No limbs yet and her head hadn’t even made itself seperate from the rest of her body. And FYI: fetuses don’t really begin to hear anything besides their mother’s heartbeat until 16 weeks. Get your facts straight.

I am actually 10 weeks pregnant and I have had a miscarriage in the past. So I do know what it is like to see and hear those things. If people don’t want a child they should NOT GET PREGNANT in the first place. I don’t want a lot of people around but I don’t just go killing everyone in my life that I don’t want. There is no difference between taking the life of a fetus then taking the life of anyone else.

Also, do you understand anything about human development at all? Even if an 8-week fetus was capable of hearing (and that's a big "if," since science shows otherwise), there's no way it could comprehend what people were saying, since language comprehension isn't possible until long after birth. Why not actually educate yourself about these things, instead of embarrassing yourself by proving how little you actually know and understand?
